Corvette Diner San Diego
San Diego Corvette Diner
There are plenty of great restaurants in the Liberty Stations Arts District, but the Corvette Diner may be the San diego restaurants that makes a destination more than just another place to eat.
Over 30 years ago, Corvette Diner started in the inland region before moving to the coast. Waitresses wearing poodle skirts and having big hair are sassy and fun. There is excellent service, and guests will enjoy playing the arcade games. We'll explain the origins, the things they specialize in, the promotions, the opening hours, and more of the Corvette Diner if you're not sure what to expect. You're welcome to stay a while!
What Is Corvette Diner?
Featuring 50s-style decor, waitresses wearing poodle skirts and bouffant hair styles, plenty of arcade games, and good times for everyone, the Corvette Diner is an authentic 1950s diner. The diner is available for small dinners, parties, and even larger events. This is a hot spot in San Diego offering great burgers and shakes.
San Diego's Corvette Diner: What Makes It Special?
It's an iconic spot among San Diegoans, where the showmanship of any themed restaurant is combined with arcade games, and the food is superb. In 1987, the Corvette Diner was opened in San Diego's Hillcrest neighborhood. Since then, it has been a local favorite for decades.
The Food
The diner food served here is straight from the 50s but is given a modern twist. Taking a look at some of the food options at Corvette Diner will give you a better idea of what is available:

Among the delicious options is California Dreamin', featuring grilled natural chicken breast, guacamole, green chilies, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, & natural cut fries.
Check out the Garlic Cheese Toast from Sandwiches

Enjoy it with some waffle fries or steamed vegetables as an extra snack. A well-balanced all-white albacore tuna salad with melted cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, and tomatoes on rye bread is the Ike & Tina Tuna Melt.
Parmesan Cream Sauce - Try it on our entree platters
The entree platters come with a variety of dishes topped with meat sauce, marinara sauce, parmesan cream sauce, or gravy. In many cases, the platters include either pasta or garlic mash potatoes. Blackened chicken breast, spinach, parmesan cream sauce, penne pasta, fresh tomatoes, and garlic cheese toast are all included in the Chicken Polka Pasta. It's so delicious, you'll almost certainly want more!
Kids Menu
